Yes. Élevé provides the space and amenities, but each suite-holder operates independently and is responsible for their own clientele, scheduling, pricing, and business management.

While each professional manages their own business, Élevé supports visibility through:

• Internal referrals and word-of-mouth within the collective

We love helping showcase our tenants and their work.

Your rental at Élevé includes:

Every suite is designed to be flexible and customizable. Choose the configuration that best complements your services:

Every suite is completely private and lockable, designed to provide discretion, security, and peace of mind.

Absolutely! Your suite is your business home. You are welcome to add décor, furniture, artwork, shelving, signage, and other branding elements to make it your own.
We simply ask that suites be returned to their original condition when your lease ends.

To begin your journey at Élevé, you’ll need:

• Your business equipment/supplies

• Required certifications for your service

• Business insurance

• Business License

• A security deposit equal to one month’s rent

Yes. All tenants sign a lease.
While commercial leases are typically 5–10 years, Élevé proudly offers one-year lease terms to provide flexibility and independence.
